Terms of Service and Public Offer
Last updated: 2026-04-29
Scruul provides subscription-based software for price monitoring, catalog operations, and related analytics. By creating an account or paying for a tariff, the customer accepts these terms.
Subscription
Paid tariffs are billed monthly or yearly through Monobank acquiring invoices. Access limits are defined by the selected tariff and may include product limits, monitored links, crawl budget, refresh frequency, and analytics features.
Recurring Payments
Scruul activates or extends access only after the payment provider confirms successful payment for the selected billing period.
Service Availability
Scruul depends on third-party websites, integrations, hosting, and payment services. We work to keep the service reliable, but parser availability and external data freshness can vary by site and plan.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for using lawful product data, maintaining secure credentials, and ensuring that monitored websites and integrations are used according to applicable rules.
Suspension
Accounts may be limited, placed in read-only mode, or suspended when payment fails, the subscription is cancelled, or the account violates these terms.
