Scruul processes account, company, product, integration, monitoring, and billing data to provide the service.
We may process usernames, email addresses, company names, product catalogs, URLs, pricing observations, integration metadata, payment status, and support or notification settings.
Card data is processed by WayForPay. Scruul does not store full card numbers or CVV values. Scruul stores payment status, masked card metadata when provided, transaction identifiers, and invoice/order references.
Passwords are stored as hashes. Integration secrets are encrypted by the application. Access is separated by users, companies, and roles.
Operational and billing records are retained as needed for service delivery, accounting, dispute handling, security, and compliance.
